At SamsGazebos, we take pride in our handcrafted garden structures and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original, unassembled condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone with your order number to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully disassemble the structure and repackage all components into their original crates or boxes to ensure safe transit back to our workshop.

• 3.
  Label and Dispatch

  Affix the provided RMA label to the exterior of the packaging and schedule a pickup or drop-off with the designated freight carrier.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned item for any damage or missing parts, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping fees.
